College of the Mainland (COM) invites businesses, organizations and local vendors to be part of its signature community celebration, Flock the Block, returning on Saturday, April 5! Now in its third year, this annual event continues to grow, bringing together families, friends and community members for a day of connection, opportunity and fun.
